Use this manual to understand every main app screen: login, ledger, opening balance, entries, transfers, filters, reports, PDF sharing, languages, staff, and permissions.

Open Daily Closing, choose your language, then sign in with your username or email. New business users can create an account when registration is available. WhatsApp support is available from the sign-in screen for account help.

The Ledger is the main working screen. It shows opening bank, opening cash, daily income, daily expenses, transfer rows, totals, profit or loss, and closing cash/bank balances.

Entries are built from an item, an account mode, and an amount. The app keeps the ledger editable so mistakes can be corrected quickly.

Daily Closing lets you keep reusable income and expense item names. This keeps daily entry fast and consistent for staff and owners.

Use transfers when money moves between bank and cash. Transfers affect closing cash and closing bank, but they are not treated as normal income or expense.

The Reports tab gives quick access to daily, monthly, yearly, and item based reports. Reports can be viewed on screen and shared as PDFs when needed.

Daily Closing supports local-language screens so owners and staff can work in the language that is most comfortable for them.

Business owners can create staff access and control what each staff member can do. High-impact permissions are clearly marked.
